Becoming the Woman You’ve Never Been: An Identity Shift for Your Next Season

There is a moment in every woman’s journey where she stands at the edge of who she has always been, staring into the unknown of who she is becoming. It is thrilling, liberating, and absolutely terrifying. Because the mere act of becoming someone you’ve never been and doing something you’ve never done is going to scare the life out of your body.
Even when the change is good.
Even when it’s what you’ve prayed for.
Even when you know deep in your spirit that God Himself nudged you forward.
Your mind and your body naturally resist anything unfamiliar, even the very blessings you once begged for. And that resistance often shows up as fear, anxiety, overthinking, imposter syndrome, or the sudden urge to run back to what feels safe. That urge is not a sign that you’re going the wrong way. It is simply the body trying to protect you from newness.
But newness is where transformation lives.
When Everything Feels Like It’s Falling Apart
If you’ve ever stepped into a new season and suddenly felt like all hell broke loose, you’re not alone. Sometimes nothing seems to go right. Sometimes it feels like you’re backtracking. Sometimes it feels like you’re losing pieces of yourself.
But this is the truth:In those moments, you must remind yourself that all is well. You must teach your subconscious that this new reality you’re stepping into is safe. You must whisper to your spirit, “I am protected in this process. God is here too.”
Growth is not always fun. It’s not always pretty. And it’s certainly not linear. It is messy, unnerving, and deeply humbling.
Identity work requires shedding parts of yourself you’ve held onto for years. It asks you to release patterns you inherited, beliefs you outgrew, survival strategies that no longer serve you. It asks you to uncover pieces of yourself you didn’t know existed and to trust the parts of you that are still forming.

Multiple Versions of You Are Alive Right Now
This may sound strange, but it’s true: there are multiple versions of you existing at this very moment. Multiple timelines. Multiple realities you could be living.
Think about the version of you from last year. Her life, her choices, her prayers. She lived in a reality that didn’t yet include the blessings you now hold. There were dreams she whispered that once felt out of reach—dreams that are now your everyday lived experience.
Your answered prayers are proof that identity is fluid, shapeable, and divinely influenced.
What you choose to believe about yourself shapes the reality you step into.
So Ask Yourself: Who Are You Becoming in This Season?
As we close out this year and step into December, the question becomes:
What reality do you want to be living?
What version of yourself are you choosing to embody?
What frequency must you attune to in order to become her?
At the beginning of the year, we talked about intentions instead of goals on purpose. Intentions shape identity. Goals simply measure it. And as we enter this final stretch, I am intentionally circling us back to the power of intention.
Because intention is spiritual.
Intention is energetic.
Intention is identity-shifting.
And it’s time to set those intentions for 2026 now.
The Foundation Has Already Been Laid
For me, 2024 and 2025 were years of deep foundation-building. I did the inner work (mentally, spiritually, physically, emotionally) to become the woman I am today.

I had to face myself without the mask.I had to ask honest questions and make uncomfortable changes.I had to release identities that no longer aligned with my future and consciously embody traits of the woman I was actively choosing to become.
My intentions manifested in ways I never imagined. I found myself speaking on panels and stages I never dreamed of. I created spaces for women to rest, heal, and reconnect. And now, here I am entering the last month of the year, preparing to travel to Miami to perform a sound bath at Art Basel.
I didn’t dream this for myself... but God did.And when I tell you He is real, I mean it with my whole chest.
This moment aligns perfectly with the version of myself I prayed to become years ago. I am living the reality I once journaled about. I am standing in answered prayers.
And if I can step into my divine identity, trust me when I say so can you.
Identity Is the Foundation of Manifestation
Everything you desire flows from one place: who you believe yourself to be.
Identity determines behavior.
Behavior reinforces belief.
Belief shapes reality.
When your identity shifts, your life shifts.
The women who work with me aren’t just setting goals. They are becoming. They’re releasing the identity of overworked, overwhelmed, self-sacrificing women who put everyone else first. And they are stepping into the identity of women who honor their rest, trust their intuition, and move through life, motherhood, and business with spiritual alignment.
This is the work that changes everything.
Shifting Your Identity Will Stretch You
Let me be honest: stepping into a new identity will stretch you. It will push you beyond your comfort zone and introduce you to parts of yourself you have never met before.
Identity work breaks you open in the most powerful way.
It expands your capacity.
It deepens your relationship with God.
It aligns you with the woman you were always meant to become.
I have navigated this journey multiple times in multiple ways. I know the fear. I know the resistance. I know the miracles that come on the other side. And I know how life-changing it is to have support while you walk that path.
That is where I come in. Not as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone who has walked through identity transitions and understands exactly what it takes to rise into a new version of yourself.
If You’re Ready to Become Your Highest, Most Authentic Self
If your spirit has been whispering that it’s time to release the old version of you…
If your soul is craving guidance, clarity, and accountability…
If you can feel God pulling you into a new season but you don’t know how to navigate the stretch…
Then I would be honored to walk alongside you as your coach in 2026.
My work is rooted in identity transformation, body-centered healing, soulcare, and intuitive alignment. Together, we will:
• identify the identity you’re shedding
• cultivate the identity you’re stepping into
• align your habits with your higher self
• regulate your body through the transition
• strengthen your spirit as you rise
This is not surface-level work.
This is soul-level work.
This is becoming.
If You’re Ready to Become Your Highest, Most Authentic Self
The version of you who is rested, grounded, confident, spiritually aligned, and fully expressed already exists. She is not far away. She is one decision, one intention, and one guided step at a time.
If you’re ready to meet her, I would love to support you.
Your next breakthrough begins with your next breath.
Let’s talk about what working together in 2026 could look like.
Your future self is waiting.
Your next identity is calling.
