Becoming, Breathing & Belonging: A Weekend of Alignment and Abundance

The alignment this past weekend was one for the books.

I had the honor of sharing space at two incredible gatherings—the Becoming Love Fest and the I’m Worth It Summit—and my heart is still full.

At the Becoming Love Fest, I co-facilitated a Sound Bath and Breathwork Meditation with the beautiful Casey Michelle. Originally, we thought our sessions would be separate, but the universe had other plans.

We ended up outside in nature, blending sound therapy, breathwork, and meditation into one seamless flow. It was pure harmony—our offerings complementing each other in the most organic way.

Afterward, I joined a panel titled “Reimagining Family: Healing, Belonging & Radical Kinship.” Casey and I were joined by Melissa Pauline and we talked about the power of returning home to yourself—how grounding in self-awareness, compassion, and presence allows you to cultivate connection and belonging in every area of your life.

Though I couldn’t stay long (I had to dash across town for my next engagement), I carried that same energy of love and connection into my Journaling for Self-Care Workshop. There, I shared my own story, how journaling became my safe space for healing, reflection, and growth, and how that personal journey inspired the creation of my 21-Day Journaling Fast Workbook for Healing & Clarity.

Together, we explored journaling prompts centered on rest, reflection, and what it feels like for our bodies to experience safety. Some of the women chose to stay afterward for an intimate sound bath, where I guided four beautiful souls on a journey of rest through sound and intention.

I’m endlessly grateful to GLAM Nation for inviting me to close out their I'm Worth It Summit. Moments like these remind me why I do this work—to help women reconnect, release, and realign.

If you’re reading this and thinking, “My community needs this,” please reach out. Whether it’s a corporate team, women’s circle, or wellness event, I would love to support your audience through an experience rooted in rest, reflection, and realignment.
