This event will begin with calming breathwork, followed by journaling and intention setting, allowing you to align your thoughts and goals. We’ll then move into a soothing sound bath, designed to realign your energy and bring a sense of peace and focus.
To close the evening, we'll set powerful affirmations, helping you leave grounded, empowered, and ready to take on the week ahead!
